On 26th December 2024 (2081-09-11 BS), Sambad Foundation Kaski marked the end of the year on a profoundly inspiring note by organizing its final event of 2024 the “Sambad Workshop” under the dynamic theme “New Ideas, New Efforts – The Foundation of Progress.”
This significant workshop was envisioned to strengthen relationships among members, encourage innovative thinking, and enhance individual and collective capacities to drive the Foundation’s shared vision of progress and social transformation.
Objectives of the Workshop
The “Sambad Workshop” was designed around two key objectives that form the foundation of Sambad Foundation’s mission and philosophy:
Strengthening Interpersonal Relationships
To foster deeper understanding, unity, and collaboration among members of the Foundation, ensuring that collective efforts are built upon strong personal connections.
Capacity Building
To nurture leadership qualities, amplify members’ skills, and empower participants to take initiative in their personal and organizational growth.
Leadership and Coordination
The event was successfully organized under the leadership of Sumit Bishwakarma, Coordinator of Sambad Foundation Kaski, whose vision and guidance shaped the program’s success. He was actively supported by Vice Coordinators Pratiksha Poudel and Swatika Acharya, both of whom played crucial roles in the event’s planning and execution.
The program was skillfully moderated by Prashansa Sharma, Secretary of the Foundation, who maintained enthusiasm, precision, and seamless coordination throughout the session. Her moderation ensured the event ran smoothly, balancing both academic and interactive segments.
