On August 24, 2024, the second day of the Sambad Foundation’s Review and Core Peer Meeting was held in Janakpur. The day was a perfect mix of planning for the future and celebrating culture, which truly showed the spirit of the foundation.

Inauguration of the Regional Office All coordinators joined together for the proud inauguration of the Sambad Foundation’s new Regional Office in Janakpur. This newly established hub will significantly enhance coordination, communication, and outreach efforts across the region. Cultural Uplift with Janakpuriyan Youth Band Following the office visit, members enjoyed a soulful musical performance by the Janakpuriyan Youth Band, adding charm and unity to the gathering. In recognition of their talent, the Foundation and district officials jointly facilitated the band, promoting local artistry and community collaboration.
Drafting of “संवाद कार्यविधि” With energetic participation from members, the drafting of “संवाद कार्यविधि” progressed with collective input. This operational guideline will ensure smooth workflow, transparency, and efficiency within the organization.
Joyful Evening Celebrations The evening concluded with vibrant dance performances by Sambad members, strengthening camaraderie and celebrating the progress made during the day.
