Nepal | Buddha Purnima 2026
On the auspicious occasion of Buddha Purnima, Sambad Foundation successfully organized a Cultural Tour, bringing together members from Koshi Province, Madhesh Province, Bagmati Province, Gandaki Province, and Lumbini Province. The tour served as a meaningful platform for cultural exchange, friendship, and the celebration of Nepal’s rich diversity.
The program was designed to strengthen connections among members from different regions while promoting the values of dialogue, mutual understanding, and national unity. Throughout the tour, participants explored culturally and historically significant places, engaged in meaningful interactions, and experienced the unique traditions, heritage, and local cultures of the communities they visited.
The Cultural Tour provided participants with an opportunity to learn from one another, broaden their perspectives, and create lasting memories through shared experiences. The journey encouraged collaboration, respect for cultural diversity, and appreciation of Nepal’s rich social and cultural heritage.
Held in celebration of Buddha Purnima, the program also reflected the timeless teachings of Lord Buddha—peace, compassion, harmony, and coexistence. Participants reaffirmed their commitment to promoting these values in their communities and to fostering stronger bonds across provinces through dialogue and mutual respect.
