The inaugural Janakpur International Film Festival (JIFF) was successfully held from 28 February to 2 March 2025 in the culturally and historically rich city of Janakpurdham, Nepal. Rooted in the legacy of King Janak and Goddess Sita, JIFF emerged as a vibrant platform that connected cinema with history, culture, and contemporary social discourse.
