On July 31, 2024, the Sambad Foundation Kaski held a speech competition between different schools to mark World Day Against Trafficking in Persons. The event took place at Janachetan Secondary School and was led by Coordinator Sumit Bishwokarma. Students from many schools gave speeches about the causes and effects of human trafficking and how to stop it. This program helped people learn more about this important issue and encouraged young people to become leaders.
Objectives
- Commemorate the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons through youth-centered awareness activities.
- Provide a platform for students to express informed views and advocate against trafficking.
- Strengthen Sambad Foundation’s efforts in community education, youth empowerment, and cultural leadership.
